30-Day Return Window

Returns accepted within 30 days of the delivery date on new, unused items in original packaging.

Original Condition

Items must be unused, unaltered, and in original manufacturer packaging to qualify for a return.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.

Bowling Balls — Important

Once a bowling ball has been drilled, it cannot be returned or refunded. Drilling permanently alters the ball and removes it from resale condition. Please make sure you are confident in your ball selection before submitting drilling specs.

If you purchased a ball but have not yet submitted drilling specs, the ball may still be eligible for return in its undrilled condition within the 30-day window.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damage in your email and we will resolve it promptly at no cost to you.
