Shipping policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 5–7 business days. If you've purchased our drilling service, your ball will be custom drilled to your specs before shipping. This is part of what makes Hook It Up different — every drilled ball ships ready to bowl.

You'll receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Time

Orders are shipped via USPS. Estimated delivery is 5–7 business days after the order ships.

Please note that total delivery time includes both processing and shipping. A drilled ball order may take up to 14 business days from purchase to delivery.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $150. Orders under $150 will be charged shipping at the rate calculated at checkout.

Shipping Destination

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships you'll receive a confirmation email with a USPS tracking number. You can track your package at usps.com.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at hookitupproshop@gmail.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and photos of any damage and we'll work with you to resolve it.
